Isy has been involved with sport all her life, competing in judo, swimming, sailing & windsurfing at National level. A keen skier, horse rider & more recently triathlete, she understands the frustration of injury and the rehabilitation process from novice to elite athlete. Isy started life as a windsurfing coach and has worked with the RYA UK Junior & Youth Sailing programme for over 20 years both as a coach & physiotherapist.
