"The pain you feel today,
will be the strength you feel tomorrow"

I have always had a strong involvement in sport when growing up. Whether it would be on the football field, rugby field, in the swimming pool, running long distance or on the golf course. Alongside my playing days, I have always been a keen lifter, with my training recently consisting of Crossfit.

As I wanted to continue my involvement in sport , I pursued a degree in Sports Coaching at Liverpool John Moores University. Beside my studies, I began to plan and coach S&C sessions for netball and rugby league university teams. My interest in S&C grew, so I moved to Cardiff Metropolitan University to complete an MSc in Strength and Conditioning. This gave me the opportunity to gain experience with Swim Wales leading and assisting for the preparation of the Commonwealth Games 2018 and British Swimming Championships.

My recent experience has developed my practice into providing careful programming underpinned by scientific principles.
